Since its foundation TREEMME based its activity on strong human values and solid principles, committing itself to develop and realize its products with ethical integrity by minimizing its environmental impact on the planet.


Starting from February 2016 TREEMME has joined the Responsible Jewelry Council (RJC), a non-profit organization that promotes responsible practices from an ethical, social and environmental point of view in the context of gold and diamond jewelry production and in the respect of human rights from metal extraction to jewelry sale.

TREEMME’s Sustainability policy, which is aimed at all employees, partners, suppliers, external collaborators and all those who for some reason find themselves in contact with company activities, can be summarized in the following key points:

Commercial Etichs

We are committed to carrying out and conducting our business in strict adherence to the ethical standards, ensuring integrity, transparency and compliance with the existing laws.

We do not practice corruption. We do not tolerate money laundering and / or terrorist financing.

We are commited in the “Know Your Counterpart” activity and we always work in compliance with the current laws and regulations.

We are committed to disclosing in full and in detail the characteristics of the diamonds we sell.

We are committed to respecting the principles of security and protection of confidential data.

We are committed to maintaining safety and well-being of employees, visitors, customers and suppliers.

We exercise the utmost vigilance on our supply chain, in particular in the precious stones and precious metals supply.

Social Etichs

We believe and are committed to respecting the fundamental human rights and the individual dignity according to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights established by the United Nations.

We do not tolerate the use of child labor.

We commit ourselves not to resort to any form of forced labor and not to restrict the freedom of ours employees and employees.

We are committed to ensuring and improving health and safety standards in our factory and in our business.

We do not operate any discrimination of race, ethnicity, country of origin, disability, sex, sexual orientation, pregnancy, political affiliation, marital status, physical appearance, age in order to give to people equal opportunities without discrimination based on factors unrelated to their ability to perform the intended task.

We are committed to not practicing corporal punishment under any circumstances and to prohibiting the use of degrading treatment, harassment, abuse, coercion or intimidation in any form.

We are committed to defining a procedure for the management of disciplinary disputes about inappropriate behavior, based on what is defined by the provisions of the Employment Contract in the relevant sector.

We undertake to comply with current legislation, in terms of working hours and remuneration, in the absence of such legal requirements, to adopt the prevailing standards in the sector.

Ambiental Etichs

We commit ourselves to eliminate or in any case to reduce the use of toxic substances in the production phases, to minimize the impact on the environment, to dispose of the waste we produce in a responsible manner and in accordance with the regulations in force.

We are committed to an efficient use of energy and water.
